The 7-inch bass driver, designed for the S Series, covers frequencies from 35 Hz to 3 kHz, providing a powerful, distortion-free low-end. The refined S-ART tweeter, hand-built in Berlin, works with the new HPS waveguide for precise imaging within a generous sweet spot. Despite its compact size, the S2V delivers impressive power. A 300 W Class D amplifier drives the woofer, while a 50 W Class A/B amplifier powers the S-ART tweeter, resulting in maximum sound pressure levels of up to 120 dB per pair.

7" ELE low-frequency driver
ADAM Audio's S series monitor speakers feature drivers developed from extensive research and the latest technological advancements. The Extended Linear Excursion (ELE) bass drivers, equipped with a Symmetrical Magnet Assembly (SMA), offer superior low-frequency reproduction, extended dynamic range, and reduced distortion.

Key components include a rigid yet lightweight honeycomb cone, a self-cooling linear magnet assembly, and efficient suspension and damping systems. The S2V model's 7" woofer achieves a frequency response down to 35Hz, making it ideal for nearfield monitoring in control rooms and mastering suites without needing a subwoofer.

S-ART Tweeter
ADAM Audio's S-ART folded-ribbon tweeter differs from traditional loudspeakers by using a pleated diaphragm that moves air four times faster than its folds. This handcrafted component delivers impressive high frequencies up to 50kHz, enriching the sound-field with detailed nuances from the source material. Unlike many mass-produced products, the S-ART high-frequency driver is meticulously crafted and tested in ADAM’s Berlin laboratories, making it a unique offering in today’s market.

Waveguide Technology
The DCH midrange driver and S-ART tweeter feature ADAM Audio’s innovative waveguide technology, enhancing off-axis response with precision. Crafted from solid aluminum, the High-frequency Propagation Systems (HPS) ensure superb stability and dispersion, enabling your entire team to enjoy an optimal experience in the stereo or multi-channel sweet spot, even in larger control rooms.
