After years of R&D, PSI Audio created the handmade EXD midrange: a unique hybrid that combines a lightweight polypropylene dome with a latex-and-graphite-infused 4-inch paper cone, both directly driven by the voice coil. This eliminates the drawbacks of traditional domes (limited excursion, instability) and cones (added mass, distortion) while delivering higher SPL, dramatically lower distortion, and midrange clarity that reveals every vocal nuance and instrumental texture with breathtaking realism.

Unmatched Transient and Phase Accuracy
Proprietary Adaptive Output Impedance (AOI) continuously monitors and corrects driver behaviour in real time for lightning-fast, smear-free transients. Compensated Phase Response (CPR) ensures perfect phase linearity across the entire spectrum using pure analogue circuitry - resulting in rock-solid imaging, precise localisation, and a vast sweet spot that remains consistent even in challenging rooms. Powerful yet efficient Class G/H amplifiers provide massive headroom with zero digital latency or colouration.

Individually Calibrated for Perfection
No DSP, no plugins, no compromises. Every A25-M is painstakingly hand-built and individually measured in PSI Audio's anechoic chamber in Switzerland, shipped with its own certified frequency-response graph proving tolerances as tight as ±1.2 dB. Add a Sub A125-M (pair) or single A225-M for a seamless 4-way system with extension below 20 Hz.
