The all-aluminium Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE) enclosure of the 8010A has rounded edges to eliminate comb-filtering effects caused by cabinet reflections combining with the driver’s direct sound. In fact, the 8010A  a study in integrating visual and audial aesthetics with functionality.

Despite the scale of this studio monitor featuring a 3" woofer and a 3/4" tweeter, it delivers an impressive frequency response, extending from approximately from 74Hz to 20kHz.
