At the heart of the MicroSub45 is Barefoot’s patented Dual-Force™ technology. By mounting two 8-inch aluminium drivers in direct opposition, the motors are locked together, effectively cancelling out cabinet vibrations before they begin. This ensures the sound you hear comes only from the moving drivers, not the enclosure, resulting in a tight, punchy low end down to 25 Hz with zero distortion or colouration.

Seamless Integration and Massive Headroom
Designed as a true extension of your monitoring system rather than a separate add-on, each MicroSub45 features a balanced analogue high-pass filter set at 80 Hz. This crossover allows for a pure analogue signal path that relieves the load on your MicroMain45s, significantly increasing the total system headroom.
