Rotatable HPS Waveguide
High-Frequency Propagation System (HPS) waveguide technology allows tweeters to project sound broadly in the horizontal axis while maintaining vertical focus. The A Series features a rotatable HPS waveguide that can be adjusted in 90-degree increments for optimal performance in either horizontal or vertical positions.

X-ART Tweeter
The HPS waveguide, made from glass fibre polymer, offers clear sound without unwanted resonance. Its core features the handmade ADAM Audio X-ART tweeter, known for precise transient response and detailed sound reproduction. This tweeter is used in all A Series speakers, ensuring consistency in audio quality.

Multi-Layer Mineral Woofer
A Series woofers are crafted from a unique blend of baked mineral stone fibres, creating a lightweight and stable material. Each cone's mineral composition and design are tailored to its specific driver. With an innovative magnet system, these woofers deliver high output and low distortion for a clean low-end sound.

Hybrid Amplification
A8H features Class D amplifiers that provide linear performance and reduced distortion while being energy-efficient. Their low thermal output enables a smaller heat sink, allowing for greater investment in the power and performance of the A Series.

Tweeters and midrange drivers use Class AB amplifiers for smooth, natural high-frequency reproduction. Each amplifier is optimized for its range, ensuring well-aligned speakers. ADAM Audio achieved this through extensive testing and listening sessions with various amplifiers.

DSP-Based Electronics
The A Series leverages DSP-based electronics for enhanced tuning precision and predictability compared to analogue speakers. With firmware updates available via Ethernet, you can continually integrate the latest features from ADAM Audio, including new filter types and voicings.
