The V8S4 from KRK represents the 4th iteration in their V series of powered reference monitors. This two-way monitor sports a 1" Kevlar tweeter and 8" woven-Kevlar woofer—both of them custom designed by KRK—as well as bi-amped Class-D amplification to engender an accurate transient response. It's capable of delivering 230W total (200W from the woofer, 30W from tweeter), and thus, delivers a more extended frequency range over other monitors in the V series (29 Hz to 24 kHz) as well a peak SPL of up to 118 dB.

The custom designed tweeter and woofer deliver exceptional audio fidelity, capturing every nuance of your original source audio as it was intended.
